"COVID-19 IMPACT ON WOMEN AND GIRLS IN MONGOLIA" STUDY LAUNCH

The Covid-19 pandemic has escalated into full-scale health and socio-economic unprecedented challenges, with particular impact on women and girls, that could further exacerbate existing inequalities while threatening to roll back the progress made towards the Sustainable Development Goals in Mongolia

UNDP, in partnership with the ADB and the National Committee on Gender Equality, will virtually unveil the “Covid-19 Impact on Women and Girls in Mongolia” study on 9 March 2021 at 10 AM.

The event will feature key takeaways from the study followed by a highly engaging panel discussion on “Key challenges for Mongolia’s women and girls in times of the pandemic” with the industry’s experts.
