UN General Assembly: Report of the Special Rapporteur on the issue of human rights relating to sustainable environment

Note by the Secretariat: The Secretariat has the honour to transmit to the Human Rights Council the report of the Special Rapporteur on the issue of human rights obligations relating to the enjoyment of a safe, clean, healthy and sustainable environment, John H. Knox, on his country visit to Mongolia from 19 to 27 September 2017. During the visit, the Special Rapporteur identified good practices and considered the challenges the country faces in the promotion and protection of human rights relating to the environment.
